Fried Dandelion Flower Recipes

Dip flowers into batter and coat thoroughly. Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle with more salt as taste dictates. Wash and drain flowers. Soak for about 10 minutes.
Prepare the dandelion flowers ahead of time by submerging them in a bowl of room temperature water with about 1 tablespoon of salt added to the water. They simply disappear in the heat. Don t forget you can use the dandelion leaves in a salad.
